Wow, you sound scary, to be honest.
“I fully support that if someone accuses a sexual assault that it happened.”
Statements like yours are not cute in the slightest. Was Kobe Bryant a rapist? Was the Duke lacrosse team full of rapists?
Like I said, your comment is very scary. If someone accused you of sexual assault or battery right now, that would automatically make it true? Slippery slope, and not an intelligent one. Wait until the facts come out. I’m honestly shocked that you would make such an unintelligible statement.
Comments like Molly’s are not okay. Hopefully, others will see this. The world is so messed up right now.
wulfie and puck can start a 1x1 ;)
Is that Wuck or Pulfie? haha :P
ooc: I don’t know what’s going on at this point. Sorry. :/
He doesn’t know what’s going on, but it’s cute as hell when he cheers with me. He claps his little hands together and gets a big grin on his face.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing my little guy smile.
Krista was pretending to be hurt, but of course, she really wasn’t. It was all in a joking manner, and she was being playful until she felt a hand on her cheek- Puck’s hand. Suddenly, all the jokes and playfulness and fun went right out the window, and she was holding her breath as her gaze was turned to meet his own. It almost felt like her heart was frozen up too, because she couldn’t feel it beating- or maybe it was just thumping too fast in her chest and she wasn’t noticing it? Krista wasn’t sure. Her eyes connected with Puck’s own and all the woman wanted to do was fall into them, but she couldn’t. His touch felt hot on her cheek, and her hand trembled ever-so-slightly as Puck placed it on his chest, words hitting her ears. She heard what he said, and she knew he was being funny and playful, but she felt his heartbeat beneath her hand and it took everything in her to break into somewhat of a smile as he slid into laughter.
The brunette turned away slightly, breathing out a soft chuckle, bringing a hand up to her forehead as if to try to collect herself. “Yeah,” She agreed, swallowing. “Me too.” Nothing could come of this. Krista had to pull herself together and move on, shake it off, remember the bigger picture. Briefly wetting her lips with the tip of her tongue, she reached forward for her glass of juice, taking a drink and trying to figure out what she was supposed to do next. Change the conversation- go in a new direction. That was it. “Um… so you- you and Santana and Noah are doing good, yeah?” Krista asked warily, really just trying to push through and not ruin this visit. “And you’re back in the studio?” It was all she could think to do, bringing up how happy Puck was in his life right now, knowing he was indeed happy- he had everything he wanted, and Krista wasn’t going to ruin that. He had his family, his music… everything was good for him. “I really hope I get to see you perform live one of these days.”
Puck nodded, “Yeah, we’re good. Everything’s good.” He couldn’t really complain. Married life wasn’t easy, but it was worth seeing his baby boy and his wife happy. He would do anything for them. There was no way that would ever change. He finished up his beer and got up from the couch. “Be right back,” he told her. Figuring she wouldn’t mind, Puck opened the refrigerator and grabbed another beer. Making his way back to the living room, he replied, “I’d really like that. I’m working on the new album right now, but when we get some performances lined up, I’ll let you know. We should have a few things in Midtown.” The prospect of Krista seeing one of his performances was an exciting one. He sat down on the couch and smiled over at her as he cracked open his second beer. Whether she realized it or not, she was making him happy. He wasn’t hanging out with an executive or a reporter. He was spending quality time with a friend, and that meant the world to him. Taking a drink of his beer, Puck asked, “What about you? I mean, you’re happy, right? You’ve got your boyfriend and everything.”
Krista chuckled quietly at Puck’s reaction, shaking her head. She knew he would react that way, hence the reason why she said it- it was true that he was the “original badass” and he always lived up to the name. That was just part of who Noah Puckerman was. Krista just hoped that he knew he never had to go through anything alone. If he needed protecting, or a shoulder to cry on or a hand to hold, he wouldn’t be alone. He had Santana and Noah, but he also had Krista, and that wouldn’t ever change- even if their lives led them in different directions.
She nodded at his words, agreeing that horror movie killers couldn’t be killed- it just wasn’t possible. They always somehow made it through to a new sequel. “Yeah, you’re right. You’d do a lot of damage, though. You’d be the guy that makes it through the end of the movie.” She said matter-of-factually, giving Puck a final nod. As he reached up and lifted her chin, Krista’s brow furrowed a bit, unsure of what he was doing. Then he spoke, and Krista’s mouth fell open in shock, grinning slightly at the same time. “Puck!” She exclaimed quietly, reaching to hit him on the arm, doing so lightly. “Mean. I may never forgive you.” The woman was clearly joking, however, and she playfully turned her nose up at him, looking away and pretending to be oh-so-hurt by his words. “I’m no longer the president of your fan club. My title is relinquished.”
“Damn right, I would,” he replied proudly. He wouldn’t be one of those stupid teenagers who died at the beginning of the movie because they ran upstairs instead of out the front door. It was one of the biggest horror genre cliches. Puck would know. His favorite type of movies were horror films. There was just something about blood and guts that he loved. When Krista’s mouth fell open, he couldn’t help but let out a soft laugh. “Oh, yes you will,” he assured her. It wasn’t until she turned away that Puck brought a hand to his chest, clutching his heart. “Don’t you dare say that,” he admonished jokingly, “You know you’re my number one fan. If you quit on me, I’ve got no one. How can I go on?”
Given the fact that her face was turned, he couldn’t tell if she was laughing or not. Waiting a few seconds, Puck placed his hand on her cheek, and turned her head to look at him. As their gaze connected, he grabbed her hand and brought it to his chest. “You feel that? That’s my heart… and it beats for you.” He tried his hardest to maintain a straight face, but it didn’t happen. Laughter filled the room, and he laid back against the couch. Puck sighed and looked over at Krista as he said, “You know, I’m really glad we did this. I’d been wanting to see you for a while.” Now that it finally happened, he wanted to make this a regular thing. It wouldn’t be easy with everything they had going on, but he was willing to make it work. He needed a friend like Krista in his life.
Krista sighed softly at herself, shaking her head. Why did she watch this movie? It always freaked her out and gave her the creeps for about two days afterwards, and now she was here making herself look a fool in front of Puck. The sequels were even worse and she suddenly prayed they didn’t stick any of them in the DVD player next. She let out a quiet laugh and hid her face with her hand, letting out a breath to try to relax. “Sorry. He just scares the shit out of me.” Krista said, tugging the quilt up a bit more, settling back into her cuddling position as Puck’s quiet words hit her ears. “I thought you already were.” Krista replied quietly, letting out a soft grin as she kept her attention on the screen, giving off a playfully dreamy sigh. “My knight in shining armor.” After a beat, she lifted her gaze up to meet his. “Or maybe I should be protecting you.”
Puck turned back to the screen and laughed, “Yeah, I guess I kinda am.” Now that he knew what to expect, he was in full-on protection mode. Santana didn’t really get scared when it came to horror movies, so this was a bit of an adjustment. If anything, it gave Puck something to tease her about. She wasn’t as fearless as Santana, but that was a given. Most girls weren’t as tough or as fearless as her. At Krista’s insinuation that he needed protecting, Puck scoffed. “I’m the last dude who needs protecting. If I saw his ugly ass in person, I wouldn’t be scared at all. I’d go at him with like machetes and knives. Hell, I’d grab whatever guns I could find, too. You can’t kill dudes like that, though.” Contemplating his options, Puck smirked and lifted her chin so that he could look at her. With a smirk still on his face, he asked jokingly, “Could I offer you up? I mean, if I couldn’t get away?”
The brunette smiled warmly. “All right.” She was glad Tessa could get back to sleep, and she was glad that Puck was there with her. Despite everything, Krista really enjoyed being around him, and she didn’t think she would ever be able to stay out of contact with him. He wasn’t someone you just walked away from like that. Sure, their lives had taken different routes and had their ups and downs, but they always managed to find each other again, and that meant so much to her. And now that they had Noah and Tessa, Krista was sure the two would be in each other’s lives as well.
As Puck slid an arm around her and pulled her in, Krista felt her heart skip slightly, and she pressed her lips together before shifting closer to him. She wrapped her arms around the middle of his torso, holding her breath without realizing it until she figured out she couldn’t breathe- then she closed her eyes and shook it off, resting her head against Puck’s chest and regaining her composure. Eyes opened back up and Krista focused in on the television, legs curled up onto the couch and her fingers grasping at the fabric of his shirt in preparation for the infamous Michael Myers. “Oh, God…” Krista muttered quietly, bracing herself and holding onto Puck, waiting-
And there he was. He appeared on the screen and Krista jumped, turning to hide her face, feeling like such an idiot but also feeling terrified at the same time. She had seen this tons of times! The character was just such a looming, dark figure with that mask and that weapon- and it was worse because it was the middle of the night and the apartment was dimly lit.
When Krista curled up to him, he couldn’t help but smile. By now, Puck was well aware of the fact that she was going to freak out at one point or another. After the moment they shared in Tessa’s room, he didn’t plan of adding to her discomfort. In fact, he was trying to put her at ease. Holding her close, he sighed and smiled down at the top of her head. It was hard to believe they hadn’t seen each other in a year. Puck felt like he had regained a long lost friend, and he didn’t ever want to lose her. He loved Santana with all of his heart, but it was nice to get away every now and then. They both needed time to themselves.
Hearing Krista murmur quietly to herself, Puck leaned down. With something akin to cat-like reflexes, Puck was able to dodge the jumping motion she made. “Holy shit,” he laughed as she clutched tightly to him. He knew she was going to get scared, but he wasn’t really prepared for that type of reaction. Focusing on the screen, Puck licked his lips and whispered, “Are you afraid the Boogeyman’s gonna get you?” His arms were still wrapped securely around her waist, but after the close call, he couldn’t pass up the chance to mess with her a little bit. He leaned down and murmured, “Do you need me to protect you?”
Krista watched the pair quietly, crossing her arms over her chest and bringing the tips of her fingers up to cover her mouth. Puck was such an amazing father, and he was great with children in general, and it really showed through while he was holding Tessa. This was something Krista had wanted for such a long time- for these two to meet each other. She grinned softly at Puck’s words, tears hitting her eyes once he kissed the little girl’s forehead and settled her into her crib. She hadn’t meant to cry, but it was such an emotional thing for her, and she couldn’t even explain why.
She nodded, sniffling softly before reaching up to wipe at one of her eyes. “Yeah, yeah. Of course.” Krista confirmed, checking on Tessa and moving a hand over the little girl’s hair, smiling at her sleeping figure before moving very quietly out of the room. “Thank you for being so good with her. I know she really wanted to meet you.” The brunette said gently, making her way back into the living room and doing her best to compose herself. “That was really sweet, so thank you.” She found her spot on the couch, covering up with the quilt. “Are you okay? You need anything?”
Puck smiled as he followed Krista out of the bedroom. She seemed touched by his interaction with Tessa, but he didn’t want to make a big deal about it. He didn’t want to make her feel uncomfortable. Tessa was a beautiful girl, and holding her felt natural. As they moved to the living room, he smiled to himself, “Yeah, well, I really wanted to meet her, too.” That was the truth. For weeks, they had been planning to get together. It finally happened, and Puck could not have been happier. He was having a great time with Krista, and Tessa was just as beautiful as he imagined she would be.
When they made it to the couch, he sat down and pulled the blanket over both of their bodies. The temperature was dropping, but it was still pretty cozy in her apartment. Puck smiled and commented sincerely, “She’s so beautiful, Kris. Next time, I’ll come over when she’s wide awake.” He took a quick drink of his beer and shook his head, “Nah, I’m good.” He truly was. Thus far, the night was going swimmingly. Puck grabbed the remote and pressed play as he wrapped an arm around Krista’s waist and pulled her to his side. It felt really nice to have a friend.
Krista smiled gently, letting Puck take Tessa into his arms. Once she was sure he had the little girl comfortably, she stepped back and watched them interact, her smile only growing. It was such a sweet image, and it was honestly starting to bring tears to Krista’s eyes. She reached over and turned the music down a little bit, not wanting things to get too loud, only to have her attention brought back to Puck as he spoke. “Really?” She grinned, happy that he and Santana were trying to have another baby- a little sister for Noah. “That’s great. I’m so happy for you both. You’re wonderful parents, and that baby will be beautiful.” Krista said, reaching out to rub reassuringly over his arm, swallowing back the urge to cry over how perfect the entire moment and entire situation was. Things seemed to be falling into place for both their families, and the two of them were able to come together and still be friends. She stepped forward a little bit and looked down at Tessa, smiling before reaching out to take her tiny hand. “Tell Puck ‘thank you for seeing me’.” Krista chuckled quietly. “She might actually fall asleep on you. It’s a compliment, I promise.”
Staring down at Tessa, he couldn’t help but think about how beautiful she was. He could only imagine what his baby girl would look like. Her face was something he had pictured a thousand times. He figured she would be a spitting image of Santana. She would have brown eyes and plump lips. He wanted his baby girl to look just like his wife, because in his eyes, she was perfect. At Krista’s compliment, he nodded and said, “Thanks.” It was nice to have her support. Being in the music business, it wasn’t easy to differentiate real friends from fair-weather friends. There was no doubt in his mind she was a real friend, though. If he ever needed anything, she would be there for him.
Puck laughed at her comment and said, “I don’t blame her. Little girl looks tired.” Tessa’s eyes were blinking, and he could tell she was about to fall asleep. He held her close and cooed, “Go back to sleep, baby girl. If you’re good, I might even write a song about you. Would you like that, Tes? You could fall asleep to your own song.” Puck quieted and looked down at her. Krista wasn’t lying. Her eyes were closed, and she was fast asleep. He kissed the little girl’s forehead and whispered, “Let’s put you back to bed.” With a smile on his face, he placed the little girl in her crib. Once he knew she was comfortable, Puck turned around and smiled at Krista, asking, “You wanna finish that movie?”
